We’re a small team with big ideas on balancing the mental load.

NextPoint was founded by working women and mothers who know firsthand the weight of the weight of the invisible workload.

By day, we're leaders in tech, finance, consumer products, branding, and strategy. By night (and early morning), we’re the CEOs of carpools, calendars, rec leagues, and everything in between.

We understand the cognitive labor and coordination required to tackle modern family life because we live it every day.

Many of us met at Columbia Business School and quickly bonded over a shared truth: the mental load is real and it’s holding too many women back. We believe AI can do more than optimize businesses; it can give working moms back room to breathe.
